Chows ! Their iftaar is too much expensive and the quantity is very much disappointing. Here in BD we can avail the Buffet ifter along with dinner in Tk 1800/1600 or even in 1200 , where the Chows iftaar ( one plate set ) is 1400 and ++ goes to Tk 1700+. I don't know why they have chosen the Ramadan for their plunderage and we are encouraging them by taking the part of that dishonesty ! See the pic ! That's all for iftaar ?

Recently, a Chinese restaurant called Chows opened in Banani and was generating a lot of hype. I decided to try out the food there and went for lunch today. I was in the mood for Dim Sums and when I saw how expensive the place was, I decided to skip the main course and settle for Dim Sums instead. I ordered Prawn Har Gow, Beef & Chive Siu Mai and Beef Dumplings. I also ordered a Beijing Black designer drink with my meal. The food ,however, gave me mixed feelings. While the Prawn Har Gow was delicious, the two Beef Dim Sums disappointed me. The Beef & Chive Siu Mai was adorned with peas at the top which frankly overpowered the taste of the meat and all I could taste was the peas. I expected the Beef Dumplings to be encased in a shell of dough. Instead, I was served with a dish which was encased in Beef instead, essentially making it aKeema (Minced Meat) Ball instead. Also, the taste of what I assumed was diced garlic in it gave it a funny ta
